TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• Vendors are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, water, or food.

• Payment for your space is due on or before the deadlines mentioned above. Register early to assure a spot.

• Vendor Provides arrangements for booth display, such as tables, generator, awnings (stakes are not allowed).

• Payment of any required city and state taxes on all goods sold are vendor’s responsibility.

• Indemnification of Harrison School District 2 and El Cinco de Mayo, Inc., from any responsibility of liability pursuant to organization’s activities.

• Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. and clean-up is scheduled to be complete by 6:00 p.m. Please provide your own table, equipment (brooms, dustpans, trash containers, etc.) to clean your area at the end of the day. The dumpsters at the event are for fiesta trash only and vendor is responsible for your trash removal.

• In case of inclement weather, and official cancellation prior to the event, El Cinco de Mayo, Inc. will refund all but 10% of the entrant’s fee due to promotional costs.

ALL MUST BE CHECKED AND AGREED TO:

One extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A: 10BC required for all cooking activities.

One Class K (wet chemical) extinguisher, in addition to above extinguisher, is required for cooking appliance utilizing vegetable or animal fats and oils.

Deep fat fryers will require a metal lid to cover the hot oil in case of rain.

• Compliance with all County Health and Fire Department rules of sanitation and fire codes is required.

• Sale of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.

• Payment is due on or before deadlines mentioned above. No deposit check will be required, but vendor is still responsible for cleaning up area and free of debris.

• Vendor provides arrangements for booth display, such as generator, table, awnings(no stakes are allowed)
